The Name Behind Elsa's Chicken and Waffles

Elsa was born into a "ruff" life and was kept outside for the first 4 years of her life. She was then taken to HATS of Isabella County where it was discovered she had heartworm disease.

Our family fostered Elsa while HATS worked with local veterinarians to help her receive treatment and once that was finished, we were able to adopt her permanently.

Elsa lived another happy 7 years after treatment. Her hobbies included napping, snuggles, eating whatever random things she could find, and spending time with her family.
